Tips for Race Day: Virginia Ten Miler & Four Miler Races

Lynchburg, VA- Thousands of runners and walkers are expected to descend on downtown Lynchburg for the Virginia Ten Miler races this weekend.

The opening ceremonies for the race kicked off on Friday at Amazement Square. Liberty University hosted a free family festival, and hundreds of kids participated in ‘The Amazing Mile.’
