MOORE & GILES ANNOUNCED AS NEW TITLE SPONSOR FOR VIRGINIA 10 MILER

LYNCHBURG, VA – The Lynchburg Road Runners Club, organizers of the prestigious Virginia 10 Miler road race, announced today that Moore & Giles will be the new title sponsor of this year’s event. Moore & Giles replaces Genworth Financial who had been the title sponsor for more than a decade. The 47th running of the world-famous Moore & Giles Virginia 10 Miler will take place Saturday September 25, 2021. Registration is scheduled to open July 1st.

More than 4,500 runners and walkers registered for a Virginia 10 Miler event in 2019. The race was cancelled for the first time in its history in 2020 due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Since 1973, the mission of the Lynchburg Road Runners Club is to promote health and wellness in the Lynchburg community through the sport of running.
